MN Cuisine is looking for Manager Sales & Operations Working on regional level, the will be responsible for bringing new business and for being an instrument to generate new business leads for senior management. He is also expected to assist senior management in retaining the existing business by managing regular contact and cordial relationship with the customers and serving them pro-actively. Follow-up with external and internal customers shall be an added role to perform
Managing the overall sales and operations (including administration, maintenance, security etc) and business performance of different retail outlets
- Managing sales staff, their schedules, performance and give training accordingly
- Handling customer complaints efficiently, investigating and solving customers’ problems
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan
- Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards for all locations
- Analyzing standards and quality records to certify compliance with company policies and product specifications
- Training staff on delivering excellent customer service, having great product knowledge and maintaining food safety and hygiene practices
- Compiling daily. weekly and monthly sales report of all outlets
- Ensuring sales targets are met at all locations
